Ways to order with CenterWell Pharmacy

  • Online or Mobile App

    Sign in to your member portal, MyCarePlus, for access to CenterWell Pharmacy online. Here, you can see your OTC balance, order OTC products online and even track the status of your delivery. You can also sign in through the CenterWell Pharmacy website or download the CenterWell Pharmacy mobile app from the App Store® or Google Play®

  • Mail or Fax

    Complete the OTC Mail-Order Form above and mail or fax only the order form pages (not the product catalog pages).

    Use the postage-paid envelope provided to mail the order form to:

  • Call

    To place or check the status of your order, call CenterWell Pharmacy at 800-526-1490 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. or Saturday 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., to place or check the status of your order.
