Completing the enrollment process into a CarePlus Medicare Advantage Plan is easy and convenient. We keep all information you share with us strictly confidential and secure. You can enroll online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Please note: In general, your coverage begins on the first day of the month after the month we receive your completed enrollment form. However, if you change plans during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) between October 15 and December 7, your coverage will become effective January 1 of the following year.
