Go365 is new for CarePlus members in 2026. To access Go365, you can log in through MyCarePlus.

How to earn rewards

Here are the types of activities that may be available to you:

    Protect your well-being with important preventive care such as annual wellness visits, colorectal cancer screenings, and breast cancer screenings. Regular checkups help you stay informed and proactive about your health.

  • Exercise and fitness

    Connect a fitness tracking device or participate in SilverSneakers®. Staying active can help give you energy and improve your overall health.1

  • Discover and explore

    Participate in activities like volunteering, CarePlus Link seminars, taking an art class or joining a local social club. Or explore the Go365 library for resources designed to help you boost brain health, manage stress and discover new interests.
