As a CarePlus member, you can use an allowance for approved over-the-counter (OTC) products from our preferred mail-ordered pharmacy.

Ways to order with CenterWell Pharmacy

Typically, you should expect to receive your OTC items within 10 to 14 business days from the time that our mail-order pharmacy, CenterWell Pharmacy, receives your order.

  • Mail

    Fill out the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Mail Order Form and mail only the order form pages, using the postage-paid envelope provided, to:

  • Fax

    Fill out the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Mail Order Form and fax only the order form pages to: 1-888-778-8384

  • Call

    Call CenterWell Pharmacy at 1-800-526-1490 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to check the status of your order.
