CarePlus offers our members a support system by providing you access to a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, provided through your plan at no cost to you. Just call the toll-free CarePlus Nurse Advice Line* at 1-800-819-8467. TTY users should call 711.

By contacting the CarePlus Nurse Advice Line** you have a direct line for answers to many health related questions. In addition, nurses work to help you get the best care possible.

The CarePlus Nurse Advice Line can assist you with:

  • Tips for healthy living and general health information
  • Guidance to help you deal with minor illnesses, injuries and/or self-care instructions
  • Answering general questions about a particular medical condition, or even about upcoming surgeries, procedures, or preventive care
  • Coordinating the scheduling of an appointment with your PCP

*A CarePlus Nurse Advice Line representative will answer your call and direct you to a nurse or the appropriate resource.
