Will I receive a CarePlus Spending Account Card?

Go to MyCarePlus and look under Benefits and Eligibility to check if your plan includes the CareEssentials Allowance or Over-the-Counter (OTC) allowance. (Or check your plan’s Evidence of Coverage.) If your plan includes one or both benefits and you qualify to receive them, you should receive the Spending Account Card through the mail.
